Make All Hashtags in the Post Window Blue to Differentiate From Regular Text

In the post window, I noticed that only the preview shows the blue hashtag in the middle.

I'm asking for the "Your Post" and "Customize Your Post" to allow hashtags to automatically turn blue to look different from regular text.
