select the same social network automatically between different profiles

Basically, we post to multiple accounts, about 100. But stores oftentimes would like us to post to certain platforms rather than others (ex. post to Instagram but not Tiktok). I was wondering if there was a solution for creating an "accounts to post to" template, where it preselects which platforms I can post to rather than manually going through the long list and deselecting the ones they dont want.
