Email shared calendar to the client as part of a workflow

We need this hybrid created. My client’s need to be reminded when to click the link each week, they will never go look for approvals unless I tell them there are things there to review... and I have to remember to go over to my email program and cut and paste them the link, and add some nice instructions to it …… but… What if you added the static link as a step in the work flow, I have custom wording in there “hey it’s time to check approvals for the week”….. and then it is all done for me in one fell swoop?
