Show "hidden" indicator for Instagram comments that are hidden

If a comment is added on Instagram but is “hidden” when checking the Instagram app, Vista Social inbox shows the comment, which is great, but, the comment is not marked as “hidden” for us to know. This label would be helpful so we can go and unhide from Instagram if we need to.
