WhatsApp shared inbox

WhatsApp is a heavily used comms tool for sales, outreach and support of customers. It's more direct and personalized than other platforms. We use it and I'm sure other companies would too. Having the WhatsApp inbox shared among team members would allow us to respond to custoemrs efficiently. Also, being able to share promotional info including images / videos to our contact list would be a huge benefit!
