Create an Idea from the Find Content area

We want to be able to collaborate and annotate content we find from the "Find Content" feature (such as IG posts from hashtags or from a specific user, or content form a news source), but currently we can only create a post from it. The goal would be to give us an option to create an Idea from that IG post/news article pulled from the "Find Content" feature.
